off-season training begins

This is the period of time after the conclusion of the season where athletes decrease sport specific skill work and start to focus on functional movement and strength development. This change in focus will allow for greater gains in skill work as the foundation of their athletic pyramid grows.

We think the combination of learning sports skills, good sportsmanship and team work are all extremely important to young children. We have actually been pleasantly surprised at the youths ability to follow the instructions and learn terminology for their sport. The upbeat demeanor and great enthusiasm of Coach Noble makes this program one our kids never wants to miss! We think it is equally important that at such young ages, the children can be introduced to sports in a fun way.
